The time frame for order delivery is divided into Three parts:

 

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturers in China for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We have manufacturers local and abroad process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse In China to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Australian orders are shipped by EMS, which is a china Postal Service product and Australia Post. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on remote destinations and weather.

 

• Cost of Shipping: Because we care about our customers we have set our shipping prices for anything under $150 to be at $10. Anything over $150 is Free for Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. For the rest of the world we charge one standard rate of $40 for all items.
